Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
If you would like to return an item, please send us a request for a return authorization within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Shipping Charges cannot be refunded.
USA
Orders shipped within the U.S are eligible for refund, exchange, or web store credit.
Refund or Web Store Credit:
- All returns are subject to a $7 return fee.
- The return fee is waived for exchanges or returns for web store credit.
- Web store credit can only be redeemed on the web online store, and not at any of our physical store locations.
Exchanges:
- Can be accommodated for the same style in a different size or color, or for a different item of higher or lower value entirely.
- If the exchanged product’s value is less than 50% of the total return value, the return is considered a refund, and the $7 return fee will apply.
- Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability and not guaranteed.
- Exchanged items are shipped free of charge.
- A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
CANADA
Orders shipped to Canada are eligible for refund only. All returns are subject to a CA$10 return fee.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately.
Return to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by the courier will be returned to our warehouse and treated as a return. We will return the items to stock for a refund less a restocking fee.
